She has been with BCI for 10 years, and she continues to support the growth of professionals in the ABA field as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and ABA Supervisor for a Bay Path University. Sally is a graduate of the Behavioral Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA.

Jaclyn has been part of the BCI team for more than five years. Prior to joining BCI, Jaclyn served as a behavior clinician at a residential school for students with special needs. She is a graduate of the Behavior Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA.
Director of Hockomock Area
M.S., Behavior Analysis; BCBA, LABA
Before joining BCI in 2015, Janice provided ABA-based services to students on the autism spectrum in collaborative, college and intensive-day schools. Her experience includes work in human resources and staff development. Janice specializes in organizational behavior management, parent training, care coordination across specialty providers, community access, vocational training, staff development and rapport/relationship building.
Janice entered the field of behavior analysis after extensive experience in the human resources and staff development fields. She continues to support the growth of professionals in the ABA field as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and ABA Supervisor for a Bay Path University. Director of Intakes and Scheduling
M.S., Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis; BCBA; LABA
Tiffany joined BCI in January 2010 as an ABA therapist and was quickly promoted to clinical coordinator. She also serves as an ABA supervisor for a local university. Tiffany is a graduate of Kaplan University with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Prior to joining BCI in 2016, Lauren worked in marketing and development in the human service sector representing people with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is an entrepreneur having owned and operated her own marketing consulting company since 2009. At BCI, she guides the marketing and communication strategy supporting efforts related but not limited to service expansion, recruitment, and special projects. Lauren is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clark University.
Director of Administration
Peggy began working for BCI in December 2011. A graduate of The Salter School in Worcester, she brings with her more than 26 years experience in the administrative field. Her experience includes but is not limited to Human Resources, Office Management, and Marketing and Merchandising Management.
Program Director – Worcester
M.S., BCBA, LABA
Jess has provided ABA-based services to children with disabilities for over 10 years. She returned to the BCI team in October 2017 after working within the public sector. Prior to that, she was a member of the BCI senior management team for five years and provided clinical services within public education. Jess specializes in staff and parent training, consultative services, and program development. She is a graduate of the Behavior Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA and a former instructor at Endicott College.
Jill McGrale Maher
Program Director – Fitchburg
M.A., BCBA, LABA
Maher has more than 35 years combined experience in special education and applied behavior analysis, working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Maher joined BCI in 2017. A board-certified behavior analyst, Maher holds a master’s degree in human development and completed coursework towards her Ph.D. in developmental and child psychology from the University of Kansas. She is a state certified special education teacher and a Massachusetts-licensed behavior analyst. Maher is currently is an adjunct professor at Endicott College and has previously taught at Worcester State University.
Director of Professional Development and Research
Ph.D., Behavior Analysis; BCBA-D
Candice specializes in the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior in children and adolescents and has 13 years of experience providing consultative services and clinical services in the private school and residential setting. She joined BCI in 2017. Candice serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and previously held a similar position at Endicott College. She also currently serves on the Board of the Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) as Member at Large. Candice received her doctoral degree from Western New England University and obtained her master of science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University.
