
Kate received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a specialization in developmental disabilities and human services. During this time, she held an internship at a private school providing ABA services to children and immediately fell in love with the field. Kate graduated with her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University in 2015 and has been serving children diagnosed with developmental disabilities for over 8 years. Kate joined the BCI team in 2017 as a Clinical Coordinator. She was promoted to Assistant Director of Specialty EI services in 2018, where she worked on growing BCI’s Northeast services. Currently, Kate serves as the Clinical Director for BCI’s Greater Fitchburg region, where she oversees the Fitchburg Learning Center and surrounding home-based services. In addition, Kate currently serves as an adjunct professor for Bay Path University, where she provides supervision to graduate students working towards their BCBAs.
