If you’re a student, you’re invited to apply for an internship at BCI where you’ll help children diagnosed with autism learn the skills they need to succeed throughout their lives.
As an intern, you’ll receive the training, leadership, and supervision you’ll need for success. After you complete the training, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism. You’ll get real-world experiences that will enable you to launch a satisfying career in social work, education, or health and human services. Your major or course of study DOESN’T matter. All you need is the desire to help children diagnosed with autism, patience, and the willingness to learn and adapt.
Many of our former interns joined BCI after graduation as ABA Therapists and are studying to become BCBAs.
We collaborate with Quinsigamond Community College on their Autism Certificate Program and fulfill the requirements to sit for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam. BCI provides a workplace learning environment (classroom) for two classes: Understanding Applied Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis Supervised Practicum.
