Sally has been serving children diagnosed with special needs for over 15 years. She has been with BCI for 10 years, and she continues to support the growth of professionals in the ABA field as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and ABA Supervisor for a Bay Path University. Sally is a graduate of the Behavioral Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA.
Director of Quality Assurance
M.S., Behavior Analysis; BCBA
Jaclyn has been part of the BCI team for more than five years. Prior to joining BCI, Jaclyn served as a behavior clinician at a residential school for students with special needs. She is a graduate of the Behavior Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA.
Director of Northeast Programs
M.S., Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis; BCBA; LABA
Tiffany joined BCI in January 2010 as an ABA therapist and was quickly promoted to clinical coordinator. She also serves as an ABA supervisor for a local university. Tiffany is a graduate of Kaplan University with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Prior to joining BCI in 2016, Lauren worked in marketing and development in healthcare and most recently in the human services sector representing people with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is an entrepreneur, having owned and operated her own marketing consulting company since 2009. At BCI, she guides the marketing and communication strategy, supporting efforts related but not limited to service expansion, recruitment, and special projects. Lauren is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clark University.
Director of Administration
Peggy began working for BCI in December 2011. A graduate of The Salter School in Worcester, she brings with her more than 26 years experience in the administrative field. Her experience includes but is not limited to Human Resources, Office Management, and Marketing and Merchandising Management.
Regional Director – Greater Worcester
M.S., BCBA, LABA
Jess has provided ABA-based services to children with disabilities for over 10 years. She returned to the BCI team in October 2017 after working within the public sector. Prior to that, she was a member of the BCI senior management team for five years and provided clinical services within public education. Jess specializes in staff and parent training, consultative services, and program development. She is a graduate of the Behavior Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA and a former instructor at Endicott College.
Director of Professional Development and Research
Ph.D., Behavior Analysis; LABA, BCBA-D
Dr. Colón specializes in the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior in children and adolescents and has 13 years of experience providing consultative services and clinical services in the private school and residential setting. She joined BCI in 2017. Dr. Colón serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and previously held a similar position at Endicott College. More recently, she was elected to serve on the Board for the Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT). Dr. Colón received her doctoral degree from Western New England University and obtained her master of science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern Univiserty.
Regional Director – Greater Fitchburg
M.A., Special Education, BCBA, LABA
Katie has provided ABA-based services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder for over seven years in various capacities. She joined BCI as an ABA Therapist in April of 2011 after working within a public school. Upon receiving her master’s degree in Special Education in 2013, she pursued her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. Katie was promoted to Clinical Coordinator in 2015 and transitioned to the Fitchburg Region to assist with the center’s opening in the fall of 2016. In 2018, Katie was promoted to Regional Director – Greater Fitchburg, where she supervises center and home-based services in BCI’s North Central Region. She is a graduate of the Special Education program at Assumption College and has previously served as an ABA Supervisor for Bay Path University.
Director of Southeast Programs
M.A., Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA, LABA
Tracy joined BCI in April of 2013 as an ABA Therapist. Tracy was quickly promoted to a Lead Therapist while she was undergoing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. Upon graduating, she obtained her board licensure (BCBA) and began working as a Behavior Analyst with a variety of cases in the center, home, and community. In December of 2018, Tracy was promoted to manage BCI’s Southeast Region as the Director of Southeast Services covering Early Intervention and insurance-funded home services in the Greater Franklin, Foxboro and, Brockton areas. Tracy is involved in many committees, events, and focus groups at BCI including the Therapist Recognition Group and the 5k Committee.
Regional Director – Greater Springfield
M.S., BCBA, LABA
Brit started her career in ABA as a Therapist at BCI in December of 2011. She began pursuing her master’s degree from Bay Path University in the Fall of 2012. Upon graduating in 2014, Brit obtained her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and worked with a variety of clients within home, center, daycare and community settings. In September of 2018, Brit was promoted to Regional Director – Greater Springfield, where she supervises a team of Behavior Analysts who provide Early Intervention and insurance-based services. Throughout her career at BCI, Brit has remained involved in many committees, events, and focus groups, including the organization of BCI’s presence at the Autism Resource Central’s Annual event for Autism Acceptance. Brit has also served as an adjunct professor for Quinsigamond Community College’s Technician in Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate program since March of 2016.
