Brian Doyle, Ed. D., BCBA-D
Regional Vice President
For more than 25 years, Dr. Doyle has worked in the field of autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior disorders. His passion is providing direct, consultative, and professional development services to provider agencies and public schools.
Before joining BCI, Dr. Doyle consulted with families and educators on Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. Doyle’s experience ranges from early intervention through adulthood, with a specialty in autism/developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
Dr. Doyle holds a doctorate in education from Nova Southeastern University, a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Framingham State University, and an Education Specialist degree with an emphasis on behavior analysis from Simmons College. He is certified as a special education administrator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Director of Territory Operations
Peggy began working for BCI in December 2011. A graduate of The Salter School in Worcester, she brings with her more than 26 years of experience in the administrative field. Her experience includes but is not limited to Human Resources, Office Management, Marketing and Merchandising Management.
Director of Early Intervention

Sally has been serving children diagnosed with special needs for over 15 years. She has been with BCI for 10 years, and she continues to support the growth of professionals in the ABA field as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and ABA Supervisor for a Bay Path University. Sally is a graduate of the Behavioral Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA.

Jaclyn has been part of the BCI team for more than five years. Prior to joining BCI, Jaclyn served as a behavior clinician at a residential school for students with special needs. She is a graduate of the Behavior Analysis program at Simmons College in Boston, MA.
Director of Professional Development and Research
Ph.D., Behavior Analysis; LABA, BCBA-D
Dr. Colón specializes in the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior in children and adolescents and has 13 years of experience providing consultative services and clinical services in the private school and residential setting. She joined BCI in 2017. Dr. Colón serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and previously held a similar position at Endicott College. More recently, she was elected to serve on the Board for the Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT). Dr. Colón received her doctoral degree from Western New England University and obtained her master of science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University.
Regional Director – Greater Fitchburg & Northeast Programs
M.S., Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis; BCBA; LABA
Tiffany joined BCI in January 2010 as an ABA therapist and was quickly promoted to clinical coordinator. She also serves as an ABA supervisor for a local university. Tiffany is a graduate of Kaplan University with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Regional Director – Greater Springfield

Bianca joined BCI in 2018 as one of the first Behavior Analysts providing Early Intervention and ABA services for the agency’s Springfield area where she supervises, trains and provides oversight for all onsite and offsite programs. Bianca is also a member of Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (MassABA) and Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
