The Integration Initiative embraces, welcomes, and supports people with disabilities through a variety of programming at all four Hockomock Area YMCA locations.
BCI provides services at the Hockomock YMCA locations to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, enabling them to access and make the most out of the YMCA’s fitness, health, and community programs.
At the YMCA, BCI facilitates the development of social skills, communication, problem-solving and decision making. Skills such as sportsmanship, physical skills, and following group directions are integrated into real-world activities at the Hockomock YMCA.
To take part in BCI’s partnership with the Hockomock YMCA, you must be a member of the YMCA, enrolled at BCI, and receiving home services.
