
Dr. Ashley Williams is the Regional Clinical Director for BCI’s Eastern Massachusetts region, including Greater and Metro-Boston (formerly ABACS and Advances). She joined ABACS in 2010 and in 2019 received her PhD in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. Ashley now oversees four BCI learning centers in Eastern Massachusetts, located in Wilmington, Woburn, Newton, and Braintree. Together, these regions serve over 300 clients and nearly 200 employees.
In June of 2020, Ashley was appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to serve as one of two Behavior Analysts on the State’s licensure board for Allied Health. Ashley currently serves as Board President of MASSCAP, a trade organization representing behavior analytic businesses, Assistant Director of Professional Practice for BABAT, and Advisor to the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies. Her scholarly work includes publications in Behavior Analysis in Practice, local and national conference presentations and primary content writing for the Council of Autism Service Providers.
Ashley also serves as a subject matter expert for Relias and the National Coalition for Access to Autism Services (NCAAS) on medical necessity and content of medical records in ABA. In addition to her work at BCI and current board roles, Ashley teaches at Northeastern University in their graduate and undergraduate ABA programs.
