BCI values learning and growth—and supports employees as they work to advance their career and become a BCBA. We offer qualified employees the chance to earn a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Bay Path, with courses taken both online and at BCI’s regional offices. You can also earn the same degree at Assumption College, with courses taken on campus. If you are accepted to one of these programs, we offer tuition support, along with flexible work schedules and opportunities to apply what you learn in your graduate program to a real-world setting.
In addition to these programs, BCI’s partnership with Quinsigamond College gives employees a chance to become a Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT®) through an associate’s degree program, while a partnership with Assumption College offers an opportunity to become a board certified assistant behavior analyst (BCaBA) in tandem with a bachelor’s degree.

We also support students who are pursuing their BCBA and in need of a fieldwork site. BCI serves as an approved site for the following universities: Simmons University, Regis College, University of Massachusetts – Lowell, and Assumption College. Don’t see your university? Reach out to your clinical director to find out if you can receive your BACB experience hours at BCI.
Need a supervisor for your BCBA experience hours? BCI provides supervision to a limited number of students. If you need supervisory hours, contact your clinical director, and then reach out to Human Resources at BCI.
