As a behavior technician, you’ll have the opportunity to advance your career with us and work in a variety of environments, from our Learning Centers to the child’s home and community. BCI will provide you with a one-week paid training on our unique approach to ABA therapy and personalized learning.

At BCI, we believe in providing our employees many opportunities for growth. We aim to give every employee the tools to continue their education and pursue becoming a BCBA.
We offer qualified employees the chance to earn a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Bay Path University, with coursework available both online and at BCI’s regional offices across Massachusetts, and through Assumption College, with coursework offered on campus. For those accepted into a program, BCI provides tuition support and flexible schedules and opportunities to help you put into practice what you’re learning in the classroom.
In addition to these programs, BCI’s partnership with Quinsigamond College gives employees a chance to become a Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT®) through an associate’s degree program, while a partnership with Assumption College offers an opportunity to become a board certified assistant behavior analyst (BCaBA) in tandem with a bachelor’s degree.
