      Our Team

      Laura Squiccimara, M.S., BCBA, LABA

      Assistant Clinical Director

“I became interested in ABA when I saw how it could be used to individualize treatment and promote skill development across all areas of someone’s life. I am proud to lead a team of like-minded clinicians devoted to making a meaningful difference by teaching functional skills to help our clients and their families lead their most fulfilling lives.”

Laura is the Assistant Clinical Director of BCI’s Northeast Massachusetts region, working primarily out of the Lowell Learning Center. She became interested in the field of ABA after working as a paraprofessional in an extended school year program during her undergraduate career. She earned her bachelor’s in neuroscience and behavior in 2017 and her master’s in behavior analysis in 2018, both from Simmons College. Laura began her career as a behavior technician and social skills group leader at Advances Learning Center in 2017. After earning her master’s, she oversaw Advances’ Social Skills Program through early 2020. Since then, she has held many roles, including in-home behavior analyst, managing behavior analyst, and, most currently, Assistant Clinical Director. Laura has supported the organization’s growth throughout her career as Advances joined the LEARN family and merged with BCI. Outside of work, Laura enjoys exploring the New England wilderness while hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and going on nature walks.

      Christine Richter, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Christine Richter is the Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) in Wilmington. She received her bachelor’s degree from Keene State College and her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Regis College.
