      Katie Corey, M.S., LABA, BCBA

      Clinical Director

      “One thing I love about ABA is that it is constantly evolving as a science.”

      Katie Corey is the Clinical Director for BCI’s Greater and Metro-Boston regions (formerly ABACS and Advances). She joined the Advances team in 2009 as the Placement and Progress Coordinator for their social skills group program and received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in 2010.  Katie formerly served as the Director of Operations for Advances and currently oversees the Newton and Brockton learning centers and home-based clients for BCI in these regions.

      In 2013, Katie began supervising graduate students working towards their BACB certification for Bay Path College and Simmons University. From 2011 to 2016, she served as an external voting member for the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership’s local credentialing committee.  Katie’s national conference presentation topics include “Running Effective Social Skills Groups” and “Competency-based Parent Training.”

      Ashley Williams, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LABA

      Vice President

      Dr. Ashley Williams is a Vice President for LEARN Behavioral and oversees the greater eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire services. She received her Ph.D. in behavior analysis from Simmons College. Prior to joining BCI in 2019, Ashley served as the Executive Director of ABA Consultation and Services (ABACS) and oversaw the company’s clinical services, operations, and finance functions. In June of 2020, Ashley joined the State’s licensure board for Allied Health and currently serves as one of two licensed behavior analysts. Ashley also serves as Assistant Director of Professional Practice for the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) and Advisor to the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies. Her scholarly work includes peer-reviewed journal articles, local and national conference presentations, and contributions to the Council of Autism Service Providers’ (CASP) Organizational Guidelines and the Autism Commission on Quality’s (ACQ) Accreditation Standards. Ashley has also served as a subject matter expert and currently teaches at Northeastern University in their undergraduate and graduate ABA programs.
