      Our Team

      Jocelyn Medas, M.S., BCBA, LABA

      Assistant Clinical Director

“I love sharing with families the progress their child has made and enjoy hearing how ABA has impacted their child for the better. The best part of my job is that every day is different.”

Jocelyn currently serves as the assistant director of clinical services and helps manage all clinical services in the Worcester region. For the past eight years, Jocelyn has worked in multiple settings with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from center and home-based treatment environments to private, special education day schools. She received her bachelor’s degree from Assumption College, where she studied human services and biology. Jocelyn then received her master’s in behavior analysis from Bay Path University.

      Katherine Thompson, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

      Assistant Clinical Director

“I knew I wanted to work in ABA the first time I heard a child say their first word. The smile on the child’s (and family’s) face was absolutely priceless and something I will never forget.”

Kate received her bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders from The University of Rhode Island. After graduating, she began working at an ABA agency, where she fell in love with the field. Kate graduated with her master’s degree in special education from Northcentral University and completed the Behavior Analyst Certificate program through the Florida Institute of Technology. Kate became a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2015 and worked as a BCBA in North Carolina before joining the BCI team in 2017 as a clinical coordinator. Currently, Kate is one of the assistant clinical directors in the Worcester region.

      Jennifer Lamoureux, M.S., BCBA
