      Lauren Armstrong, M.S., BCBA, LABA

      Assistant Clinical Director

      “I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals. ABA has helped me be supportive and encourage their efforts.”

      Lauren Armstrong is the assistant clinical director for BCI’s southeast region. She joined the BCI team in 2018 as a clinical supervisor. Lauren received her bachelor’s in communication disorders from Bridgewater State College and her master’s in applied behavior analysis from Capella University.

      Ashley Williams, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LABA

      Vice President

      Dr. Ashley Williams is a Vice President for LEARN Behavioral and oversees the greater eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire services. She received her Ph.D. in behavior analysis from Simmons College. Prior to joining BCI in 2019, Ashley served as the Executive Director of ABA Consultation and Services (ABACS) and oversaw the company’s clinical services, operations, and finance functions. In June of 2020, Ashley joined the State’s licensure board for Allied Health and currently serves as one of two licensed behavior analysts. Ashley also serves as Assistant Director of Professional Practice for the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) and Advisor to the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies. Her scholarly work includes peer-reviewed journal articles, local and national conference presentations, and contributions to the Council of Autism Service Providers’ (CASP) Organizational Guidelines and the Autism Commission on Quality’s (ACQ) Accreditation Standards. Ashley has also served as a subject matter expert and currently teaches at Northeastern University in their undergraduate and graduate ABA programs.
