Jessica Campana, M.A., BCBA, LABA

Jessica Campana once thought she wanted to be a school counselor. But after taking a course in applied behavior analysis (ABA), she found her true calling and changed career paths.

She is now a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and licensed applied behavior analyst (LABA). She has worked at Behavioral Concepts, Inc. (BCI) for more than seven years. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Westfield State University.

As community director for Western and Central Massachusetts, Jessica works closely with early intervention families. She helps parents understand their child’s diagnosis and what ABA therapy at BCI might look like. She guides them through each step and supports their goals.

Jessica’s favorite part of her work is helping children and families meet big milestones and build independence.

“What I love about ABA is seeing real progress every day. You never forget a client’s first word or a parent’s joy when their child does something on their own after months of work.”
